Methinks your days of getting to slip off to the woods by yourself are a thing of the past now.  Smiley

huntress, its good and bad.  now instead of my wife being pissed becuase im going hunting and not staying home with her, she now gets pissed when i go hunting and dont take her........also, i spent way too much time in shooting houses this season with wife and kids...im saving money to buy a few more two seater ladder stands.  i can only sit in a shoooting house so many times.

DOA/huntress  next time yall pull through bham give me a call.

I layed the smack down on 2 does and 1 six point this season. All of those came within the last 2 and 1/2 weeks of the Alabama season. Sheesh talking about cutting it close on not getting a harvest. Roll Eyes I usually have gotten my does out of the way by the time December rolls around but this year no such thing happened. Had to wait this late to get my deer meat. So thankful I did though.

Glad you were finally able to make it to the woods, Eugene...with the new house and all, it didn't look good for awhile!  I never did make it to the woods, but that's ok, I've got high hopes for next season!  Machine gun smiley

Just for the record, it is not because I did not try to get things worked out for him to go if he wanted.
