I had more compliments on my gun this past weekend at the Morgan Hunt than I can count...I'm guessing not a lot of folks have saw the Pro Hunter. To ME, it's still the best looking gun I saw this weekend. I'm waiting to get the Bolt Action that is supposed to be coming out for 07' from Thompson Center/S & W, gonna probably get a 7mm-08 SS and put a stainless Zeiss on top of it. Unless Kahles comes out with a SS scope...

I've been more and more interested in the CVA Optima Elite, too.  I have an Optima Pro, and I love it...to be able to use the same style gun in a .308 would be...well, actually it would be gravy, since I already have 2 .308's, but I'd like one anyway!  Grin

Hmmm....I believe I am feeling the increasing need for a bigger gun cabinet. Wink

Not just yet, though.  Need to rescope your .308 before I worry about buying anymore rifles. Smiley
